Always great for a surprise card when you haven’t seen friends for a while due to lockdown. My friend really enjoyed the flutter card.

Good for timing and contents...unfortunatley surprise device didn't function. The opening instructions were followed. It was only later that partner notced the little confetti box hadn't opened. Noone was expecting 'the surprise'...so they wernt disappointed at all ( I was tho!). Just wanted to let you know that this had happened.
I am about to place another order, so prepared to give it another go.

I gave 2 boomf cards with gift boxes to surprise the inlaws, which they all enjoyed.
All delivered in time as I opted for DHL over royal mail.
Recommend if you want to be different from sending the normal card as I chose family pics which is the best part of boomf cube.
I just wish they had more images to choose from and allowed more text to leave a proper note as I've used boomf for birthdays, valentines and pregnancy announcements to close family.

I was very pleased with the service I received with Boomf. I will order again.

Ordered for my daughters 13th birthday. When she opened it, following the instructions, it didn't pop. She had to pick out the confetti. The box eventually popped out once she pulled outer packaging off. Definitely not as the instructions said... Pull here to open.... Nothing happened.

Ordered letterbox flowers, arrived two days late and the confetti Boomf didn’t work. Quality of the flowers weren’t great either. Wouldn’t recommend.

A fantastic and creative idea for gift giving. Would definitely recommend! Although, I do think the price could've been lower and the marshmallow print differs slightly from the picture, but otherwise it was great. Ordered a cannon card and a box of personalised marshmallows for Mother's day and needless to say, she was delighted. Fast delivery, earlier than stated and a very reliable and responsive team, emailing me with updates, every step of the way.

VERY underwhelming product and poor customer service.
Ordered Boomf Cannon for Mothers Day and it didn't arrive in time. Boomf shipped it 2 days before date item was due despite stating Royal Mail take between 1 and 3 days to deliver. Not surprisingly it didn't arrive in time. They refused a full refund but refunded the postage and offered a voucher for another card to be used within 28 days. Absolutely useless.
The cannon itself was very disappointing and weak. Way overpriced too.

I put my order in on Jan. 30 for Valentine's Day, unfortunately orders coming over to the United States take twice as long as the website anticipated. My order took over a month to arrive. It did do what it advertises to do. Just keep in mind what I have gone through if you are getting someone a gift for a certain date.

Loved the flutter card. It didn’t fly out as well as I’d hoped but still impressed.

Was expecting it to go off like on the advert but in reality it was a little whimper.
Quite disappointing tbh

Roses were beautiful. But the main issue was it didn't boomf! So was a big dissapointment also it said letterbox fit and it doesn't and was left outside all day but luckily no one took it.
